"Quick Photo Album" (hereafter "this app") is an iOS app created by Ms,Inc. (hereafter "this company").
In order to use this app it is necessary for the user to agree to the Service User Agreement (hereafter "this agreement").
In the event that you have already used this app, it will taken that you agree to this agreement. Please read the below carefully.
* Does using this app cost money?
This app can be downloaded from the App Store free of charge, and all functions can be used.
However, we do offer some designs within the app via in-app purchases.
* Where is the picture data saved?
All of the photographic data used by this app is saved on the device on which it is used, and is never uploaded to the internet.
However, data storage differs in the case that you use the following service.
- If you use the Dropbox output function
Data will be stored on the linked service "Dropbox".
Please read and agree to all of the terms of the Dropbox User Agreement before use.
* What data is collected when this app is used and what is the data used for?
This company collects the following data based on usage history.
- Number of times this app is used
- Number of times various features within this app are used
- Which designs are used for albums
- How many photos are used in albums
This data is used for statistical purposes as in the following.
- Improvements to the functionality and design of this app
- Analysis of customer actions for development of new services by this company
- Various marketing materials including press releases made by this company
* Is user privacy protected?
When using this app, no personal data is requested by this company.
Furthermore, no personal data created within this app including photos and album titles, nor data on the device such as MAC address, location information, usage history for other apps, email addresses, etc., nor any other data not explicitly mentioned in this agreement is collected.
* Is there an included backup service?
Because this company does not collect data created by users within the app, users requiring backup should seek their own backup solutions.
* Can the terms of this agreement change?
This company reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement.

This company will not change this agreement to allow the collection of personal data or make other significant changes without consent of the user.
This company makes no guarantees as to the suitability of this app for the user, or for any of its functionality, product price, accuracy, or usefulness, and will not be held responsible in the event that damage is incurred.
This company reserves the right to change this app or to stop offering it.
This company will not be held responsible if this app is discontinued, changed, or otherwise made unusable and data is damaged or lost as a result, or if the device itself is damaged, or if the device incurred damage due to another app.

This agreement (Service User Agreement) is based on Japanese law. Any troubles will be resolved at the Tokyo district court under the first hearing specialist jurisdiction court.
